Depending on your school or sport, there are a few ways to order. Most commonly, online ordering is available. Your child has a unique identifier in our system that you’ll need, along with the link to the online gallery. Contact us if you do not have the provided code.
Next, you can order by phone by calling 972-723-2464
Lastly, you can make an appointment to come by our Midlothian studio to order in person. We print while you wait for any print sizes 8x10 and smaller.
You bet, we offer reprints at no charge to you if there is a problem with your order. Call the office and we’ll fix it right up. 972-723-2464
In some cases, we use different manufacturers to produce your order. If you just received part of it, give us a call and we can check to see if you should be expecting another shipment.
If it looks like the products are there, but you’re missing a print or a pose within a package, call us and we’ll verify your order so we can remake any part that is needed.
We schedule retake days for Fall Yearbook and Senior portraits. For all others, the retake can be made here at our studio. Call us to book an appointment. 972-723-2464

It depends on the package. It ranges from a solo session to up to 20 people for our extended shoots.
We’ve put together a number of informative videos to help you and your family prepare for this awesome experience! (WATCH)
For the extended family package, yes! For others, we limit it to humans to minimize distractions.

No problem! We have an indoor studio and can also find alternative indoor settings. We can work with up to 15 in a family at once in our camera room.
If we’ve done a custom portrait such as a Santa or Family session , we highly encourage you to come into the studio to view your images on our theater screen. You’ll see and touch all of our custom products, as well as see your images at actual size on our screen. If you can’t come in, we’ll arrange a Zoom call with you.
For schools and sports, you’re able to order easily online using our secure access code provided during your session.
We LOVE DOGS! WE’ve photographed cats, lizards, and even snakes. We don’t know spiders well, so forgive us if we’re nervous! But yes, please include your pets in your session.

Absolutely! If you make photos a tradition, each new addition creates a chance to celebrate and look back. And either way, an album would become part of your family legacy and be a lasting memory for your children, their children, and even theirs!
We are more than happy to come install any wall piece you purchase from us. And during our consultation meetings, we would love to discuss the best options for where and how a piece would complement your home.
