WHERE IS THE BELIEVE! STUDIO LOCATED?

The Believe! Studio is located on a private estate in Midlothian, Texas. To protect the privacy of our family and provide every Believe! guest with a peaceful, exclusive experience, the studio address is not published online.
Approximately one week before your appointment, you'll receive a reminder email with the studio address, driving directions, parking instructions, and everything you'll need for your visit.
As you arrive, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the surrounding residences by refraining from taking photos or video until you reach the Believe! Studio. Once you're here, we can't wait to welcome you into the magic.

About one week before your session, we'll email detailed arrival instructions, including the studio address, parking information, and tips to help your family enjoy a relaxed arrival.
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives your family time to park, settle in, and begin your Believe! experience without feeling rushed.
Because each family's visit is carefully scheduled, arriving on time helps us provide every guest with the full magical experience they've been promised.
Where should we park?

Parking is available on the property, and detailed parking instructions will be included with your reminder email.
To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the Believe! Studio, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until your scheduled arrival time unless otherwise instructed. Our team will be ready to welcome you when your experience begins.
What if we are running late?

We understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen.
If you think you'll arrive late, please call or text us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate you, but because Believe! appointments are scheduled individually throughout the day, arriving significantly late may reduce the length of your experience or require us to reschedule your visit (fees may apply to reschedule).
what if someone in our family is sick?

The health of our guests, Santa, Mrs. Claus, and our team is very important to us.
If anyone in your family is experiencing a fever or other contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly work with you to find the best solution and, when our schedule allows, help arrange another appointment.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Do I owe anything else before my session?

Yes.
Your initial reservation secures your family's appointment. Prior to your session, we'll send a request for the remaining $500 Portrait Credit to complete your Believe! Experience Investment.
That Portrait Credit is then applied in full toward your artwork selection.
How much do families typically invest?

Every family is different.
Most families choose artwork ranging from $1500–3500, with collections beginning at $1,995. Every order is built during your portrait reveal, and almost no two orders are alike.
Your $500 Portrait Credit is applied toward your artwork selection.
When do we pay for our artwork?

Your Portrait Credit is applied at your Portrait Reveal, and the remaining balance is paid once you've finalized your artwork selections.
Absolutely.
Many families choose to pay for their artwork in full and take advantage of our cash payment discount.
For families who prefer more flexibility, we're happy to discuss payment arrangements for the remaining balance after your Portrait Credit has been applied.

portrait reveal & ordering
Your Portrait Reveal is the final chapter of the Believe! experience. Together, we'll enjoy your family's portraits for the very first time and help you select the artwork that will preserve these memories for generations.
Unlike a traditional sales presentation, our Portrait Reveal is relaxed, personal, and never high-pressure. Our goal isn't to sell you more, it's to help you choose the artwork you'll treasure most.
To make the experience as enjoyable as possible, we ask that everyone involved in the artwork decision participate, either in person or virtually. If someone can't attend in person, we're happy to include them by Google Meet or FaceTime. If you already know a key decision-maker won't be available, we simply recommend scheduling your Portrait Reveal for a time when they can join us.
Your $500 Portrait Credit is reserved for your scheduled Portrait Reveal and is applied toward your artwork purchase during that appointment. Because the Portrait Reveal is designed to be the final step of your Believe! experience, any unused Portrait Credit expires following your appointment.
Do we have to come to the studio for the reveal?

Whenever possible, yes, and we think you'll be glad you did.
Portraits that will eventually hang 30–60 inches wide simply can't be appreciated on a laptop or phone. Our gallery allows you to experience your family's portraits at life-size, compare materials side-by-side, and hold handcrafted albums and finished artwork before making your decisions.
If distance or scheduling makes travel difficult, we're happy to conduct your Portrait Reveal virtually.

how will we receive our artwork?

For the vast majority of Believe! families, yes.
We build every production schedule with Christmas delivery in mind. Your Christmas cards and gift items are always our first priority, followed by your wall artwork and framed portraits. Because each heirloom album is individually handcrafted by artisan bookbinders, it is often the final piece completed.
Families visiting later in the season may have limited production time before Christmas. If your session falls during our final appointment dates, we'll discuss exactly what can be delivered before Christmas and what may arrive shortly afterward.
Every piece is handcrafted specifically for your family, so production times vary depending on what you've selected.
Most gallery wrap canvases, albums, gift items, and smaller prints are shipped directly to your home from our trusted artisan production partners at no additional charge.
Because framed wall portraits require final inspection before leaving our studio, they are typically picked up from our Midlothian gallery. If you'd prefer, we're also happy to personally deliver your artwork for a nominal fee.
Whether your order is shipped or picked up, we'll notify you as soon as everything is ready.

Unlike products sitting on a shelf, your Storybook, Wall Art, and Artist's Set don't exist until we've designed them together. During your Artwork Reveal, we'll guide you through the process, helping you select your favorite portraits, choose the perfect presentation, and create artwork that's beautifully suited to your family and your home.
